Foreign and Domestic content will be streamed, Netflix have licensed a substantial amount of international content for the launch as well as popular South American "Telenovelas". The challenge posed by spreading to Latin America and the Caribbean is huge given the extent of Broadband uptake and the poor quality of Broadband lines and speeds. The success of this launch also has huge implications for whether Europe and Asia will be next in the Netflix expansion.
