Max Payne 3 to be shown off next month

Rockstar Games, the makers of Red Dead Redemption and the Grand Theft Auto series, are apparently due to debut game trailers and game footage next month for the third game in the Max Payne series. According to StrategyInformer the game will be shown at the "FirstLook 2011" event which takes place in Holland between October the 1st and 2nd. It is surprising news, since the first signs of Max Payne 3 emerged back in 2009 and since then there has been no publicity on it whatsoever.

The publishers of the game are Rockstar Vancouver, the Canadian branch of Rockstar Games and the developing team is from a company called Remedy Entertainment. Remedy Entertainment developed all previous Max Payne games along with other games like Alan Wake and Death Rally. Max Payne 3 is due to be released sometime in the near future on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC.
