ASUS releases new FM1 A75 motherboards

ASUS has just released a new set of motherboards for AMD's new Llano APU processors on the FM1 socket with the A75 chipset.

ASUS F1A75-V EVO
ASUS F1A75-V PRO

ASUS have used their best technologies to make the board overclocking friendly and allow you to get the absolute maximum performance out of both the Fusion processor and the Fusion GPU.

The boards come equipped with the Digi+ VRM for precise clean power delivery to help maximise and stabilise the overclocking capabilities of the board. The UEFI bios is now equipped as standard on all these boards and it looks like UEFI is finally going mainstream at ASUS.

The ASUS F1A75-V EVO has been made with support for CrossfireX with two 8 X PCI-E lanes, according to ASUS it is the first board to offer this. All the F1 A75 boards will support SATA III 6GB/s and USB 3.0 as standard. The boards will also support AMD's new "Hybrid Crossfire" technology which allows users to pair the onboard GPU with certain discrete video cards for large performance boosts.

Energy saving EPU technology is supported alongside the turbo boosting TPU technology, which is now relatively standard on most Mid range or better ASUS boards. These boards will also both be standard ATX form factor.
